Our covered Christmas Market is open from 12-5pm on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st December 2025 and applications are now open for traders!

All stalls are priced at just £20/day* and you can apply to trade on Saturday, Sunday or both days!

Note: You must supply your own table to trade from. The pitch fee remains the same no matter the size of stall required, however we are limited for space and so smaller stalls (6-8ft max) are likely to be given priority.

Terms & Conditions

All applications to trade with us at Hogfest Winter Wonderland must be made using this form. If you wish to send additional photographs or information alongside your application, please send it to info@hoghorsley.com only after completing this form.

Every effort will be made to ensure no/minimal crossover of goods between traders. Only agreed goods may be sold during the event – please ensure a full disclosure is made on the application form, as you will be asked to remove from sale any goods which are not pre-approved by the event organisers.

Under no circumstances will food or drink intended for consumption on the premises be permitted for sale. Samples of food and drink intended for consumption off the premises are permitted.

You are responsible for supplying your own table, or similar, to display your goods from inside our covered marketplace.

By applying to trade you confirm that, where applicable, you hold all necessary licenses, insurances and local authority registrations required to sell the goods you are applying to offer. Please have copies of these with you during the event.

By applying and having your application accepted, you agree to pay the pitch fee in advance by cash or bank transfer (account details to follow, if successful in your application). Failure to pay in full by 5th December 2025 will result in you forfeiting your stall. Should the event be cancelled for any reason, pitch fees will be refunded in full.

​By applying to trade with us you agree to have your stall open and operational between 12-5pm on the day/s during which you are trading.

The event operators accept no liability for the security of traders’ goods and wares. Whilst our premises are covered by 24hr CCTV cameras, and every effort will be made to help ensure the safety and security of you and your stock, you are solely responsible for the security of your goods and it is advised that you pack down at the end of each trading day.

Whilst we will endeavour to contact all applicants, whether successful or not, it may be that the volume of applications dictates we can only contact successful applicants. Should you not hear from us by 30th November 2025, then unfortunately you were unsuccessful on this occasion but we are extremely grateful for your interest in trading with us.
